Process Research On X Community Children Library's Program Intervention In Migrant Children Service

In recent years, more and more migrant workers are moving with their family, increasing the flow of children and hence caused a prominent problem. Based on this background, active involvement of social work towards migrant children offers instant service. Children' Library project established by some social work organization through the establishment of Children' Library of the platform aim to provide a variety of services for migrant children. In this paper, taking advantage of literature research, participant observation method and behavior research, using ecosystem theory as a guide takes a specific observation and analysis for the service process within the Children' Library project. Systematically explaining the service process system services at each stage, therefore analyze and summarize the interaction between the various system services during the discovery process in the project. Meanwhile, discover the potential problems and special advantages then make meaningful recommendations.Children' Library project recruits local children and migrant children together through pre-publicity and offer the careful service including community service activities and reading phenomenon. During the whole service project, the social environment, government, social organizations, communities, children and their families and other systems have all played their divergent role in improving the running of the project. However, currently the project faces to a difficulty in lack of funds fuzzy objective, confused future and weak executive force, on the contrast it has a development perspective, equal value and various social elements' support and improved multi-media publicity superiority.Based on the proceeding analysis and actual situation of Children' Library project running, we propose to provide better services for migrant children. First of all, we must define project objectives clearly and formulate detailed and feasible plan. In addition,what also should be demand is that establish migrant children and Children Library with self-management system and hence give full play to the independent initiative of migrant children. As for the funding, we need to try our best to absorb capital, and finally vigorously promote social advocation, fighting for the rights of migrant children.
