Research On Lefebvre’s Space Theory

Lefebvre’s theory of space with great international influence in the second half of the twentieth Century,it added that the space dimension of Marx’s social critique theory,not only inherits the social critical theory of Frankfurt school,but also inspired Marx’s social scientist David Harvey’s critical theory of space.This will be Lefebvre’s space theory as the research object from two aspects of theory and reality,Lefebvre’s theory of space from theory and critical theory of two point of view has important theoretical significance,but also can provide constructive suggestions for China’s space practice decision.The practical background and theoretical origin of the first part of the text is mainly about Lefebver space theory.The era of Lefebvre’s space theory was precisely the threat of economic crisis,political crisis and cultural crisis.Lefebvre found that the city could be described as "depravity",and the exchange value of the house was the cause of the decline of urban life.Through the monopoly of technology,politicians control the city’s spatial production and make space degenerate into commodities.The end result is the production of city space to the city space from the capital,space and space distribution to the space allocation to space consumption,capital planning and encroachment on its sequence,the exchange value of everything into the production of surplus value,the pursuit of space products and social relations in space.The second part summarizes the main content of Lefebvre’s theory of space,the space theory of Lefebvre is divided into the production of space,space,space and the socialist capitalist city space of three parts.Lefebvre got nourishment from a series of thinkers such as Marx,and changed the space from the social background into the protagonist of society.In this part,we mainly understand how to capitalize on the nature of space production and how capitalism can make use of space to achieve capital appreciation,and find the difference between capitalist space and socialist space.The third part starting from the guidance of Lefebvre space theory of Chinese practice,firstly analyzes the current status and problems of Chinese city development,for example,lists the quality problems,the development process of China city in real estate and urban and rural problems.Finally,the author puts forward three suggestions for Chinese urban development according to Lefebvre’s theory.Urban development should pay attention to fairness and justice,urban and rural planning and cultural construction.In general,on the one hand Lefebver space theory to make up for lack of time space theory,on the other hand also makes the city construction theory.What problems does globalization bring to urban development?How to avoid these problems?How should these problems be solved?How to construct the space theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics?These can be inspired by Lefebvre’s spatial theory.
