On The "Chinese Issues" And Practice Paths Of Urban Space Justice

For a long time,the spatial dimension has been underestimated and neglected in the western humanities and social sciences,and the preference of time over space has always occupied the mainstream position in the western historical narration.Until the late 20 th century,the theory of social criticism began to appear a "space turn",the theoretical scholars have shifted the research theme to space,so "space research" has become a new paradigm for the western academic research and understanding of contemporary society.Under the background of the further development of capitalist globalization,the spread and exchange of academic theories among countries is accelerating,and the practice of space production and its justice have also aroused the widespread concern and continuous research of Chinese scholars.How to practice socialism with Chinese characteristics,to compare the urban crisis in the western capitalist world in the 1960 s,to take the lack of justice in Chinese urban society as the starting point,based on the thought of space justice in the classical Marxist theory and the development of its times,which is the focus of current academic circles to analyze the Chinese local context and realistic predicament of urban space justice from the unity of history and logic.It was reported in the 19 th CPC National Congress that the main contradiction in our society has shifted to the contradiction between the need for a better life and the unbalanced development of the people.In the new era,socialism with Chinese characteristics pays more attention to social equity and happiness of people's livelihood,which calls for us to reflect on the problem of space justice in Chinese cities in the view of Marxism theory,and to design systems and policies.In the practice of participatory democracy,civil rights and responsibility,it can be used for reference in solving the contradiction of urban space,exploring urban spatial justice and realizing the happiness of people's livelihood.There are four chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly includes the introduction of the question,the research background,the review of the research situation at home and abroad,the research idea and the basic framework.At present,there is a lack of systematic discussion on the theory of "urban space justice" in academic circles,and comprehensive reflection on the theoretical construction,value judgment and practical path from the concrete historical experience of China itself,and neglected the subject and its daily life practice and other micro-analysis,whose deficiencies is the significance of this paper trying to study.The second chapter mainly expounds the logical evolution process of urban spatial justice theory and summarizes the connotation of urban spatial justice theory on this basis.We believe that our socialistChinain,which is guided by the marxist theory,urban spatial justice is normative value criterion of interpersonal relationship,the freedom of the city resources and the fair distribution of the urban main comprehensive development is the key to realize the urban space justice,justice is the core value of the urban space production space.The third chapter mainly introduces the Chinese context and problems of urban spatial justice,and tries to construct a theoretical framework of urban spatial justice with Chinese characteristics.It analyzes China's problems from two different perspectives: Firstly,from the perspective of the unbalanced development of China's regional development,the author explored the deep relationship between space justice and capital logic and its profound influence on urban space justice.Secondly,starting from the subject dimension of space justice,this paper probes into the question of who is the justice of urban space in China.Interpreting the old economic structure,the old industry out of social vulnerable groups in how to realize own value under the new situation demands and urban public space development and utilization,environmental protection and other issues of thinking.The fourth chapter mainly discusses how to realize the space justice.Seeking the response strategy of constructing the just space,resolving the current space contradiction and the city crisis in China,realizing The ideal of a just and harmonious urban space in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
