In the period of social transformation,there are a lot of social problems and contradictions.A series of changes in residents' needs,disintegration of units have greatly affected the provision of grass-roots community services and the steady development of communities.Community should adapt to social development,and community service mechanism also needs to adapt to community development.The development of Internet technology has a profound influence on social development Using Internet technology to innovate community services to improve residents'satisfaction and maintain community harmony and stability are the goal of the reform of community service mechanism.This paper is based on the theory of welfare pluralism as the theoretical basis and takes the community service mechanism of Z community in Nanjing as the research object.Through interviews and participatory observation methods,the service content,information collection and management mode of Z community were thoroughly investigated.There is no essential difference between the service in the past and nowadays.The biggest difference between today and yesterday is that there may be a lag in response to the needs of the people in the past because of the lack of mobile Internet technology,and today it is possible to meet the needs of the people in real time.The greatest success of the mobile Internet is that it is possible to connect and match the demand and supply,which greatly shortens the time for the market or society to respond to the needs of the people and improves the efficiency.But its shortcomings are:if the response is not timely,people will have new discontent,and the community neighborhood committee or the residential property management should strengthen the management of the network,and put forward higher requirements for the needs of the people in time.The Z community service information collection includes the basic information of the community residents,the information of stability control and the object of help and education,the information of the disadvantaged groups,the information of the property service and the information of the community elite.The community uses "grid + information management service platform" to carry out community service information management.In the community service,the community neighborhood committee,as the "quasi government" organization of the state agent,plays the role of the quasi leader,the service coordinator,the service provider and the supervisor.The market is based on the profitability of service providers and innovators.The community composed of community organizations and community residents is the providers,supervisors and receivers of community services.Therefore,community service is essentially a process of interaction between the three sides of the government,market and society,and community service is driven by internal and external forces.The government is driven by the sense of mission and impulse,the pressure of the upper government and the demands of community residents.The market is driven by interests and national incentives.Social organizations are driven by the needs of their own survival and development,the external promotion of national policies and the intrinsic attributes of organizations(values,missions and vision).Community residents derive from government mobilization and pursuit of their own interests.
