Research On Community Elite Driving Residents To Participate In Urban Community Construction From The Perspective Of Superiority

As a specific area of people's daily life,community plays an important role in people's life.Good community construction can not only meet the needs of community residents,but also play an important role in building a harmonious community environment.Community construction is not based on individuals,but on the joint efforts of all residents living in the community.The active participation of residents is conducive to better community building.In the process of mobilizing the residents' active participation,the community elites play a particularly important role.In this process,the elite work ethic,attitude determines the participation of residents,in many cases,the elite community used to starting from the "problem" point of view,focusing on solving various problems in the community,it's easy to overlook the advantages of resources in the community and the depth of excavation,the community residents themselves are often skeptical of their own ability.Based on the S community as an example,starting from the strengths perspective angle,by community elites as the research object,fully exploring the elites who have various advantages of resources,and analyze the elite within and outside the system one by one,studying of different types of elites is how to use for community residents to advantage of services,so as to stimulate the enthusiasm of the residents and make an empirical study on the leading role of the elite S community residents,using literature research method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,the basic situation of S participation of community residents and residents in the activities of the elite leading role in view of investigation and research,analysis according to the results,summed up the problems and reasons,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to the problems.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction,including research background,research significance,literature review,theoretical basis,research purpose,research methods,research contents and so on.The second part is the present situation of S community elites to participate in community construction,selecting the typical community inside system elites and the elites outside the system,respectively in the system and system of foreign typical elite to participate in community construction cases were effective analysis,exploring the system of elite H secretary and the elite outside the system P entrepreneur and the elite outside the system F are how to use of their own advantages to participate in community construction,and how to play a leading role in this process,and to reflect different types of elite to participate in community construction way.The third part is the problems and causes analysis,through a questionnaire survey of S residents' participation willingness of residents,and the elite driven attitude survey,survey the problems,in-depth interviews,and finding out the reasons for problems and related analysis.The fourth part is the suggestions and suggestions.First,we summarize the internal and external advantages of the S community,and giving corresponding solutions to the problems.
