The trend of China's aging population is becoming more and more obvious,the problem has been concerned by academia,society and the public.At the same time,in the process of urbanization,the villages became communities,the peasants moved into high-rise buildings.Traditional neighborhood contacts suddenly stopped,especially the daily life were disrupted.The traditional family pension function has been weakened.The elderly have just withdrawn from original social roles,although their status has changed,their lifestyles and behaviors still maintain the status of the countryside.The lonely and closed buildings live,making them feel uncomfortable and let their pensions face many challenges.This study mainly discusses the spiritual consolation of the elderly who have lost their land.It takes 51 elderly people aged 60-69 as the research object.The evaluation found that the young elderly have the following needs:(1)Emotional support,lack of emotional communication and interaction with their children;(2)Interpersonal relationships,interpersonal relationships are disrupted,lack of friends,less communication with other groups;(3)social respect,labeled as incompetence,low participation;(4)leisure and entertainment,often stunned on the promenade,social activities are fixed and the form of activities is single.(5)self-growth,want to develop new interests and hobbies but fear of difficulties;(6)self-achievement,self-doubt and sense of uselessness.The researchers analyzed the reasons why the needs could not be met from the individual,family and community levels,and according to the regional development model,took 10 elderly people in the S community as the intervention object and intervened at the community level:(1)held 4 tea parties,held group discussions,established self-organization,built communication platform,and met emotional and interpersonal communication needs;(2)two seminars were held to brainstorm the Laba festival activities and promote self-achievement;(3)linking college student volunteers,forming the linkage of public welfare between school andlocal government,carrying out festival activities and enriching leisure and entertainment;(4)organize "Robert" expert training and classroom construction to improve leadership and promote self-growth;(5)link community resources,dig community filial stories,create landscape of filial community,create a community atmosphere of respecting and loving the old,and meet the needs of social respect.After the intervention,through the comparison of the changes before and after the intervention,found that:(1)after the intervention using scale measurement shows that the young man spiritual consolation requirements are met;(2)form the main structure of social workers and multiple service providers,and enrich the life of the young elderly;(3)the service mode of "helping the young and the old" is formed,the ability of the young elderly is improved,and the filial piety culture of the community is formed.Based on the performance and evaluation results before intervention,it can be found that the social work intervention is more effective in meeting the mental consolation needs of the young elderly.
