Study On The Construction And Developement Of Urban Learning Community

With the emphasis on the function of community education,the construction of learning community has become a major strategy for talents to become a powerful country.Community,as a community of residents' life,has the advantages of policy support,sufficient resources,and population agglomeration to facilitate community education,but there are also a variety of problems in the process of development.Taking Yantian Community Education College of Shenzhen City as an example,this paper introduces the basic teaching mode of "1234"(1 center,2 demands,3 teaching forms and 4 classes)formed in the process of developing learning community in Yantian District of Shenzhen City.The District Education Institute as the core carrier,radiation impact to other organizations,branches and sub-communities,to help the overall development of the community.Therefore,the author of this special model of outstanding achievements and development characteristics,development stages,development results have made a detailed introduction.The ideal state of community construction in Yantian District of "lifelong learning community" is "everyone learns,can learn from time to time,can learn everywhere." In the transitional period to development and reform,how to make a better and faster development of the area has become a difficult point.Therefore,on the basis of literature research,the author adopts the methods of data research and questionnaire survey to study the relevant information of the community,and systematically points out the problems in organization and management,human resources,resident identity,implementation of activities and intelligent construction of community education institutes and communities in Yantian District,and sums up the development process.At each stage,the Countermeasures for improvement are put forward finally.This study summarizes some better improvement strategies,such as strengthening policy guidance,improving the supporting service system,giving the community's social organization strength a good guide to competition,steadily and firmly building a "sharing and co-building" digital platform,to enhance the residents' awareness of active participation and so on.This will be a reference for other learning communities with large floating population.
