The Research Of The Classroom Education Evaluation Of Undergraduate Education Of Law

Legal education, in particular the undergraduate education of law, is a focus of education reform in recent years. From the perspective of the vocational law education, many scholars advocate the adoption of a variety of teaching methods, improve classroom teaching, train the students by the way of legality thinking, and improve the practice capacity of law students. Scientific evaluation of the classroom education could guide teachers to improve classroom teaching, enhance teaching quality, and establish the teaching view of law suitable for the characteristics of the times.To make the evaluation more scientific, pertinent and effective, this paper, supported by the theory of the classroom education evaluation theory, has built the evaluation system of classroom education professionally, which is on the basis of the study of modern legal education objectives and characteristics of classroom education of law education for undergraduates.The first part of the paper researches the meaning of the evaluation and the current situation of the classroom education evolution, so we find the characteristics and the defects of the current evaluation system. The second part, studies the factors influencing the evaluation, sums up characteristics of evaluation, chooses proper evaluation subjects, derives scientific evaluation contents, and tries to build a better evaluation system. The third part studies the implementation of the evaluation, builds the evaluation index system, and makes a brief introduction of the obtaining, the ordering, and the feedback of evaluation information.Under the guidance of education evaluation theory, the entire paper, combining evaluation theory with law profession, tries to build evaluation system suitable for the legal profession.
