Job burnout is a kind of mental and physical work produced in the last for a long time under the weight of the individual state of fatigue,tired of working experience:it is usually defined as emotional exhaustion,cynical and low sense of achievement in three dimensions.At present,due to the management system of public institutions,it makes it easier for the staff to have a job burnout,which has a great impact on their work attitude,work efficiency and work quality.To improve the job burnout of institutions of the importance,the effective way to prevent and reduce the job burnout has become our urgent need to address important issues,so the investigation of this part of the staff is very important.In this study,career staffing Qinghe new District seven units as the research object,using the depth interview for the job burnout of the staffing business,explore the influence factors of job burnout of Qinghe new District staff,this article from the personal factors(mainly from compressive ability,personality etc)and organizational factors(mainly from the occupation characteristics,work content,work pressure,work system,interpersonal relationship)and social factors(mainly from social expectation,social phenomenon,mental health concern aspects)cause analysis institution staff job burnout three a detailed and comprehensive production,and based on the analysis of the corresponding reasons to seek relief staff job burnout and reasonable plan and effective strategies.
