A Study On Emotional Management Of Community Prisoners From The Perspective Of Recognition

In the process of community corrective management,the community prisoners are facing a low degree of concern about the status quo of emotional health,and there are not enough explanations and practical studies on the in-depth discussion.Therefore,based on the theory of recognition,this study uses in-depth interview and participatory observation to demonstrate the negative emotions and positive emotions of 16 individuals through the qualitative research of 16 community prisoners.As well as enlightenment for social work services.Combining with the core contempt form and the form of recognition in the recognition theory,firstly,the study shows the theme expression of the community prisoner's emotions in situational context,which is the anxiety and anger of the legal field,the shame and regret of the family field,the social field Sensitive and hidden,the main implicit helplessness and depression.Secondly,it is found that the mechanism of formation is the contempt of body rape,deprivation of power and internal affront,which are manifested as ritual contempt,community defiance and internal contempt respectively.Thirdly,the study found that the regulatory path of the negative emotions of prisoners in the community is that the individual gains approval and gratitude by improving the legal cognition,connecting with the intimate support,perceiving the mutual assistance of the main body,the management process of recognizing dimensions such as love and solidarity,Confidence and hope,respect and value and other positive emotions.Finally,this study brings positive practical enlightenment and possibility direction to social work service,which is manifested in the need of two-way recognition as the concept of orientation,the prediction of contempt factors,the incorporation of jurisprudence in service context,the care of others and the unity of subject And internal dimensions of identity,to follow the assessment of the target to recognize follow-up,in order to achieve positive emotional management.It is found that there is a close relationship between the amount of recognition and the positive emotion of the individual.It recognizes that it is both an objective and a process of obtaining positive emotions.First,different forms of contempt are the source of negative emotions.Secondly,the path to obtain positive emotions is to achieve the process of recognition.Third,social workers involved in multi-dimension should recognize and differentiate.Therefore,in the future,we should further think about how to promote solidarity and cooperation among subjects in the process of emotional management,as well as to realize the service trend of positive emotional governance,gain self-recognition and others'recognition.
