Stroke is a kind of disease which is common among the elderly in current,it has a high morbidity,Once the elderly gets stroke sequel,the body is usually accompanied by functional disorder,such as hemiplegia,aphasia,mouth eye askew,memory loss and so on.At present,the family and society are more focus on physical rehabilitation nursing of the stroke sequela old man,and there is a lack of enough attention to the elderly's psychology.However,the stroke sequela old man tends to fall into depression,anxiety,etc,and it causes that their illness recovers slowly,even worse,and the quality of their life may be affected.Therefore,it is very important to help the stroke sequela old man face reality,manage bad feelings correctly,and build treatment confidence.According to the theory of social support,in addition to the family,society is also an important source of the stroke sequela old man for support.In recent years,China's social work develops rapidly,With the foundation and conditions to get involved in the apoplectic sequel old man's bad emotion management.In view of this,this research starting from the professional point of view of social work,takes the old man in nanjing C community nursing center for example.First of all,the social worker interviews the most troke old man,and does the measurement of scale,to know their emotional state after a stroke;Second,the social worker selects the stroke sequela old man H as service object,analyzes the performance influence and formation reasons of the bad mood problems;And then,the social worker uses the model of rational emotional therapy and social support,carrys out professional social work intervention,to help them manage bad mood;Finally,the social worker evaluates of intervention effect and follows up,to think and summarize about social work getting involved in the apoplectic sequel old man's bad emotion management.In the process of case,there are a total of 14 times intervention to relieve the director emotional problems.In the early stage,the social worker uses the method of self-disclosure,scene simulation,the rational training methods,etc.”to help director form a reasonable attitude towards the disease;In the middle stage,the social worker uses the method of remembering the past,and irrational beliefs debate,etc.,to help director ease tensions with her husband;In the late stage,the social worker uses the method of asking others view directly,rational emotional imagination,etc.,to help director reconstruct social support networks,and reduce loneliness;In consolidation stage,the social worker leads director to review the whole process of intervention to strengthen the management of the bad mood effect,and ends the professional relationship.Based on this,the social worker thinks about case work getting involved in the apoplectic sequel old man's bad emotion management:first of all,case work emphasizes individualized principle,it has scientific professional knowledge and skills,which is targeted to help the director to solve problems,but it can't apply to all apoplectic sequel old man.Second,rational emotional therapy mode is able to provide an effective treatment for old people who has emotional distress due to the cognitive deviation.It's advantages are the final goal of treatment and solving the problem fundamentally,But it emphasizes social workers dominance too much.Third,with the model of social support to help director links to his wife,friends,C elderly service centers,it helps the director to obtain various support.Fourth,social workers in the process of practical work,mainly undertake the communicator,the role of guide and supporters.Fifth,social workers face ethical dilemmas that director relys too much on egotism self-determination,double relationship,etc.In the end,to improve social worker's deficiency of expertise and experience,to raise ability,and to solve the problem of the service object better in the future work.
