How to strengthen the construction of organizational culture and enable "soft power" to make "hard contribution" is a problem that not only the army but also enterprises and other organizations have been constantly studying.In the new era,achieving the goal of strong army and promoting the overall development of the army's grass-roots construction cannot be realized without the support of outstanding organizational culture soft power.The organizational culture of grass-roots detachment(company)has its distinctive features.To research on the way of its organizational culture landing,excavate the landing path framework of the detachment's organizational culture and then apply broadly will give more help to excellent companies and social and corporate organizations.Through the analysis and summary of the cultural landing method of the armed police's grass-roots detachment,this paper focuses on the process design,avoids the problem that over emphasis on the use of all kinds of "carrier” in the discussion of organizational culture “landing” in similar researches and constructs the analysis framework of "six balance,double loop interaction",which provides a closed-loop reference model for practical operators.The article firstly analyzes the current status of the research on armed police's grass-roots organizations cultural landing,illustrates the relevant theoretical basis and clarifies the connotation and standard of the grass-roots organization culture landing;On the basis of careful investigation and analysis,through empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the organization culture in the grass-roots detachment of armed police,points out the existing problems and causes,and then uses comparative analysis to compare the cultural construction methods of enterprises and the particularity of military organizations.Based on these,this paper summaries the "six balance relation" and "circulation of the two levels" involved in the process of grass-roots detachment's organization culture landing and constructs the analysis framework for organizational culture landing of grass-roots detachment.Finally,it proves the validity of the framework by cases.In the process of analysis,this paper makes a comprehensive use of modern management theory,organizational culture and enterprise culture construction theory,new period army construction theory and other research achievements,and puts forward own innovative ideas and makes an argument.The paper combines theoretical research and empirical analysis,investigation and logical induction,system analysis and comparative analysis and many other research methods,which expounds the construction of the analysis framework of armed police's grass-roots detachment organizational culture landing and provides an operational method to improve the level of organizational culture landing for the army's grass-roots detachment and small organizations with the same nature.The construction countermeasures proposed by the paper are closely related to the construction of grass-roots units that have a certain guiding effect on the specific implementation of the army.
