Research On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Primary Commanding Growth Cadre Cadets Based On Formative Assessment

According to the reform deployment requirements of military human resources,the General Political Department published the "Provisions for the distribution of graduates of military growth cadets" in early 2015.The "Provisions" clearly states that it's results are made as an important basis for graduation assignment " which is called Comprehensive evaluation of cadets".As such,studying and establishing a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation scheme of cadets is of great significance.There are five aspects of problems in the current comprehensive evaluation of primary command growth cadre cadets.The method pays attention to the result and look down upon the process,so the whole process is reflected inadequately on the observation of evaluation.The method pays attention to the quality and look down upon the quantity.Eventually it causes the design of evaluation is not scientific.The evaluation also pays attention to the macrocosm and look down upon the democracy.When collecting evaluation data,it causes that objectivity is not sufficient.Furthermore,the method pays attention to the judgment and look down upon the encouragements.It causes the guiding effect of evaluation results is not obvious.Last but not least,the difference among the results of the comprehensive evaluation of different military leads to poor data comparability and consistency between inter academies.Through introducing the formative assessment theory,AHP and mathematical statistics,this paper constructs comprehensive evaluation model of primary command growth cadre cadets based on formative evaluation to solve the above problems.And through the application analysis,it further proves the rationality of the evaluation model.The new comprehensive evaluation is closed loop for the growth and progress of cadets(Evaluation-Feedback control-Next plan-Reevaluation).The growth of cadets is a spiral upward trend in the continuous cycle.Finally,it can achieve the unity between personal progress and personnel training objectives.
