The Research Of The Training Mode Based On Warfare Designs

Training pattern is a concentrated reflection of military training features and essential characteristics in different periods.The pattern of military training is a kind of choice of training method and the expression of training concept.The training pattern designed based on war is actually to fulfill the change from the ordinary and passive pattern to the informationalized,initiative and connective one.In a word,it's a change from the “old training pattern pushed by the real war” to the “new training pattern pulled by the war design” to be initiative in the battle.This paper concentrates the inadaptability of the traditional training pattern and the active demand of training pattern creation,refers to the concept of connective training,analyzes design of wars,training patterns,the essence and the characteristics of training pattern based on design of wars,analyzes the basis,principles and demands of structure of training patterns in war design.Finally,this paper put the training pattern which based on war design into practice,researches on future wars,missions,potential enemies and battle fields,strengthens the training platforms and highlight the assessment of practical standards.It focuses on the contributions of the designers of war design and the trainer and put forward strategies and measures related to the execution of training patters based on the war design.This paper aims to give new training concepts and provide theoretical reference for the development of military training.
