The Impact Of Urban Community Public Space Facilities On Neighborhood Relations And Its Countermeasures

"Distant relatives are not as close as neighbors",neighborhood relations have been an important part of our traditional culture,and friendly and harmonious neighbourhood has a crucial role in social stability.With the reform of China's market economic system,the community has gradually become an important place to reflect a city's spiritual outlook.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the neighborhood relationship of urban communities in the study of neighborhood relations.The study shows that the process of urbanization has increased community complexity,many communities began to become relatively complex commercial housing communities from the relatively simple acquaintances community and the neighbourhood of these communities also had significant differences.Literature research is used to sort out the study of neighborhood relations in communities and clear the factors that affect social neighborhood relations.At the same time,community public space is also an important factor affecting neighborhood relationship.However,in the study of the impact of community public space on community neighborhood relations,there are more qualitative research and less research on public space facilities in different types of communities.This paper,on the basis of empirical analysis,understands the impact of urban community public space facilities on neighbourhood relations,and provides policy suggestions for the establishment of good neighbourhood relations in urban communities.In order to fully understand how the urban community public space facility affects the neighborhood relations,it is necessary to model the influence of the public space facilities on the neighborhood relationship in the urban community,and to verify the data.From the previous study,we can conclude that the neighborhood relationship can be measured in four dimensions,including neighborhood trust,neighborhood relationship intensity,neighborhood reciprocity and neighborhood conflict^[1].And urban community public space facilities can also be measured from four aspects of functional facilities,service facilities,public service facilities and public environmental facilities,according to the function of the community.Through combing the literature,we get the main influencing factors of neighborhood relations and establish models and put forward the relevant assumptions that affect neighborhood relationships.In this paper,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the urban community residents in Chengdu to provide data support for the validation model.First of all,the data of the questionnaire is analyzed to understand the degree of three different types of community residents'attention to the public space facilities of various communities.On this basis,the basic assumptions of this paper are put forward.Then,the software SPSS22.0 is used to analyze the correlation and regression analysis of the data and verify the model and hypothesis.Research shows that community public space facilities are significantly related to neighborhood relationships.In the study of community public space facilities classification,there is a significant causal relationship between several variables of community public space facilities and neighborhood relations,for example,education level and community service facilities and neighborhood reciprocity are positive causality,which validates the article hypothesis.Finally,the article puts forward some suggestions on the community construction in China,in order to build a harmonious and harmonious neighborhood,including the establishment of a community government public service team,the improvement of the community government public service function;the improvement of community functional facilities,the improvement of the living standard of the residents;the improvement of the function of community service,the promotion of reciprocity in the neighborhood and the development of the reciprocity of the neighborhood.Color community activities,enhance community cohesion,and so on,truly realize the"people-oriented"concept of urban development.
