and putting in a lot of energy to build new buildings can only "live" for a short time.It is imperative to explore a long-term “survival” road for urban communities.Therefore,community building has become a hot topic in community governance in recent years.Through small-scale and low-cost transformation,while giving full play to the advantages of local acquaintance communities,Urban communities have been renewed.In the process of construction,it can not only awaken the emotional connection between residents and create a good atmosphere in the community,but also stimulate residents’ enthusiasm for participating in the construction of community publicity.However,the current community construction is more focused on the architectural level.Formal measures such as whitewashing are spreading wantonly.Can a set of construction strategies be explored to enable the space to truly interact with community residents and allow community residents to be autonomous Discovering community problems,solving community problems,participating in community governance,and enabling community public spaces to truly play a public role are content worthy of research.Therefore,by visiting the neighborhoods and communities of Xuhui District,Shanghai,this article understands the construction content and path of each community,excavates successful cases of community construction in various aspects,and conducts exploration and summary.The author finds that the types of spaces created by the communities in Xuhui are different.Some communities renovate,expand and improve the activity rooms for residents;some communities “turn waste into treasure” and turn the remaining space into landscape green spaces;and some communities are The public service facilities will be replaced and adjusted,such as installing elevators,adding door heads,and widening roads.In this way,it is found that each community is constructed for the different needs of the residents of the community.If the community space can be classified in a certain dimension to achieve precise and refined construction,whether it can meet the different needs of the residents,so as to achieve gathering popularity,Promote positive interactions among residents,and ultimately promote community autonomy with community residents as the main body.The core content of this research is divided into three parts.The first part is an attempt to classify community spaces for fine creation.Combining the construction case and analyzing from the perspective of space,the garden landscape sequence divides the space into different levels of closed space-semi-closed space-semi-open space-open space according to the degree of openness of the space.Therefore,this article will close the space-The degree of openness is used as a dimension for the measurement and classification of community space.The second dimension is to distinguish from the private-publicity of community space.All spaces in the community are theoretically owned by all residents,but private residential space is the property of each resident.Yes,the corridor space is theoretically only enjoyed by residents living in a unified building.It can be seen that the publicity of the space in the community has changed to a degree.Therefore,it is regarded as the second dimension of space classification,and the two dimensions are common.Function to form a two-dimensional coordinate system.In fact,there are many standards for classifying spaces,such as the function orientation of the space and the purpose of the space.However,the two dimensions selected by the author have changed to a certain degree.I hope to include all the space types in the community as much as possible.,It is convenient for the research of refined construction later.The second part is based on the dozens of community cases in Xuhui District visited by the author,to find four community construction results that meet the requirements of public space construction and have good construction effects,corresponding to different dimensions of space,allowing readers to see an intuitive The space creation program.According to the dimensions of private living space,building group public space,community service space,and community landscape space,we can understand the needs of residents for different types of space through cases,and then carry out refined and different community creations according to different needs.Really start from the needs of residents,improve the living environment,use space to gather people,realize the good operation of the community,play the role of residents as the subject,and promote the sustainable development of the community.In the third part,through the construction cases of various community space types,we continue to dig deeper to find and explore the basic elements of community construction.Finally,we find that even though it is for different spaces and the different needs of residents,the construction strategies are all in common.The author has gone through In summary,it is concluded that there are "three elements of construction".The elements act in pairs to form a "construction triangle".The three elements are space,organization and individual.First,the government and neighborhood committees jointly form an organizational community as the starting force for community construction.The transformation of space and the stimulation of individual power,in the process of creating space,continue to empower individuals,give play to the subjective power of residents,and further promote the creation of space.The three circulate and promote,and together become the basis of community beautification and development.The innovation of this research is to classify and study the community spaces according to different types,explore the methods and paths of different types of community spaces,and make refined creations to realize the publicity of different spaces.We will further explore the construction strategy of public space,and control the overall construction from the grasp of basic elements.It is hoped that through the preliminary exploration of this article,it can provide new ideas for the strategy exploration of community construction and make construction closer to the needs.
