A Study On The Old-age Service Model Of Non-government Pension Institutions In Hefei

The aging of population in Hefei is becoming more and more serious,and the problems of medical treatment and old-age support are becoming more and more prominent.It should be noted that the family size is becoming smaller and the time for children to take care of the elderly is decreasing.Because of their own nature and the lack of professional medical personnel,pension institutions can provide limited old-age medical services,which is difficult to meet the diverse needs of the elderly.Therefore,the old-age care model of medical institution can solve the problem of the elderly and the elderly.In 2015,Hefei began to encourage medical institutions to cooperate with pension institutions to improve the medical service capacity of pension institutions.In order to further understand the service model of the medical and foster old-age care institutions in Hefei,the author consulted a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on the old-age care system and the long-term care model for the elderly.By using Maslow-Need-hierarchy theory,market failure theory,healthy aging theory,and so on,we have made field visits to a number of private pension institutions with a combination of medical care and support.Through the investigation and research,it is found that there are two main service modes of the private pension institutions in Hefei at present,the integrated service mode of medical maintenance and "1+X" service mode.In order to further understand the operation effect of these two models,the author chooses the sunset old city and the sunset emotion apartment as the typical cases,and analyzes the basic situation of the two private medical care combined service model.At the same time,this paper summarizes four problems in the development of the service model of the private pension institutions in Hefei: the management system is not perfect,the lack of medical and nursing professionals,the profit space is small and the service function of private pension institution is not comprehensive.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward: standardizing the management system;strengthening the construction of talents for the aged service;multi-level development of the old-age service of the medical and nursing institutions;strengthening management and supervision;establishing a complete system of medical and nursing service.
