Research On The Construction Of LE Company's Mode Of Precision Medical-nursing Combined Care For The Aged

China has entered into an aging society since 2009.In recent years,the aging situation has been deepening.The development of elderly care service industry was accelerated,meanwhile,the government took the lead and encouraged social forces to actively promote integrating pension service with medical service,for meeting the increasing needs of the elderly in medical care and health management.Medical-nursing combined care is a kind of old-age service mode that combines medical and health services with pension services in the process of serving the elderly,which can not only meet the needs of the elderly in life care and other aspects of pension services,but also provide certain medical security for the physical and mental health of the elderly.The key to the development of integrated medical care and pension service is the integration of medical and health resources and pension service resources.In the integration,due to the relative independence and universality of the two resources,different subjects of integrated medical care and pension service are formed,and different subjects produce different modes of integrated medical care and pension service.Therefore,this paper systematically analyzed the research status of the combined medical care and pension service mode at home and abroad,proposes the significance of constructing and applying the "precision medical-nursing combined " service mode,and takes the example of LE company's service as the research object.The main content of this paper is as follows:First of all,this paper analyzed the current situation,existing prominent problems and causes of the " medical-nursing combined " pension service provided by LE company,and pointed out four prominent problems: shortage of medical and pension resources,loss of target customers,weak promotion of service and low efficiency of operation and management.Then,the causes of the problems are analyzed as follows: uneffective integration of medical and pension resources,untargeted service customers,unscientific design of service system,and unestablished effective mechanism of company operation and management.Furthermore,this paper put forward to build the mode of "precision medical-nursing combined " care for the aged,and illustrate mode mainly consists of four systems: precise positioning system,accurate resource integration system,accurate service marketing system,precise operation management system,through the application of this pattern,can carry out specific solutions to LE company service problems.Finally,the mode of "precision medical-nursing combined " care for the aged was put forward to implement,which safeguard measures should be provided from the two aspects of perfecting the special policy and perfecting the laws and regulations of "precision medical-nursing combined " care for the aged,including sevenmeasures such as formulating the " medical-nursing combined " community home care service plan.
