Highway administration accumulated a large number of data in the performance appraisal is just a simple backup,query,statistic operation,no analysis of the cause of the performance appraisal results accordingly,cannot be aimed at the problems existing in the assessment.In this paper,data mining is applied to the performance evaluation,which is useful to explore the potential relationship between the assessment results and various factors.The main research is data warehouse modeling and design technology,and the ETL process of huge amounts of data from the raw data into a data warehouse was analyzed emphatically.And then put forward the corresponding data mining model: first,sorting out abnormal data,choose some characteristics historical data as the test attribute,And then use the decision tree classification algorithm,classification of data sets,and get the classification rules,finally and the classification results have a actual inspection.Using the classification and prediction algorithm in data mining to analyze and mining the highway toll staff's performance appraisal index,and have an effectively guide the employees' work at the same time of improving the efficiency of the highway administration,improve the staff's ability to work.
