Since January 1,2008,adjust the relationship between the labor contract of "Labor Contract Law" in our country formally implemented,it through the rigid constraints in terms of labor rights and obligations of both parties,to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers.However it excessively enhanced control,limiting autonomous adjustment method,the "labor market flexibility is not enough" and "enterprise high cost of labor and other issues also makes the" Labor Contract Law "in the implementation of criticized.This paper takes enterprises as the main body,take the market as the guide,select the core district of Zhuhai City,20 representative enterprises as the starting point,profound analysis of influence of "labor contract law" of these small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to take protective measures to reduce the government of Zhuhai to promote the long-term healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises,its negative influence.Play a role.This article mainly uses the literature research,personal interview,questionnaire survey and other methods to explain the argument.First select the city from 5 sectors of the 20 representative enterprises as the research object,and then according to the contents of the interviews mainly focused on the design of the questionnaire,and the design process of the questionnaire and sampling methods are presented in this paper.Finally,through the summary and scientific analysis of the above 20 enterprises of 200 questionnaires,the implementation of the law on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises have positive and negative impact.In the face of the “Labor Contract Law”,which emphasizes the protection of workers' rights and interests and aggravates the burden of small and medium-sized enterprises,it is necessary to work together in various ways.As the law makers,the state legislature should constantly optimize the design of legal system and provide legal support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.The government as the legitimate rights and interests of workers protector and the long-term development of enterprises should actively introduce new promoters,to build a platform to deepen the service,in order to optimize the environment for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises;should establish perfect administrative supervision and inspection and emergency response mechanisms,escort escort for development of small and medium-sized enterprises;should guide the workers strictly occupation morality,provide labor support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises;should create a series of protective measures the whole society law-abiding usage environment,reduce the labor burden of small and medium-sized enterprises,to help the "easy to move forward".Finally,enterprises as the main body of market competition,in response to the opportunities and challenges brought about by the implementation of the labor contract law,should also through their own changes,continue to seek breakthroughs in innovation,seek development in transition.
