With the gradual deepening of the aging population in China,the demand for pension is also increasing day by day.This also puts forward new requirements for the research of the oldage pension,and the aging problem has gradually become a social concern.One of the problems.China entered an aging society in 1999,but unlike the developed countries,China is in the stage of economic development,and the problems of "getting rich first and not getting old" are serious.Heilongjiang Province is a large agricultural province,in 2005 into the aging society and showing a large population,the growth rate of population aging characteristics.As a result of economic development is relatively backward,leading to a large number of young population outflow,which also makes empty nest to accelerate.The old age group is a direct service object and beneficiary of the social old-age service system,which is formed under the social pension system and under the social pension policy.It is also the most direct senser and the most authoritative judge.How is the current market economy scale and existing And how to find out a "home-based care,community service support," the community home care model in the context of today's aging is particularly important in the context of the aging of the population to improve the quality of life of the elderly population;Harbin is a relatively high degree of aging of the provincial capital city,the degree of aging is higher than the average level of Heilongjiang Province and even the country,so the city of Harbin as the object of study for the national pension model has some reference.In this paper,the combination of theory and practice,the comprehensive use of empirical research,literature research,theoretical induction of the system analysis and logical induction.First of all,a large number of documents were collected and a lot of data were processed.On this basis,the status quo of population aging in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province,its development trend,pension status and pension model were analyzed.Second,this article draws lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign successful pension model,the Harbin pension model put forward some suggestions for reference.Through the empirical study,it is concluded that the community endowment is the most suitable mode for the aged in Harbin.Community home endowment is in line with China's national conditions of the old-age way,according to the law of the family children and family members to care for and care for the elderly is a legal obligation.The elderly to their children in the first place,hoping to accompany their children around,so the community home care for the elderly is like the old-age pension.In the research of the old-age pattern,we should cultivate and develop the old-age care of the community as far as possible,and help the old people to live in the community.Finally,based on the above research and analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to construct the old-age pension system suitable for the elderly in the background of the deepening aging.
