A Study On The Lao’s Civil Service Training System: Current Situation Analysis And Improving Suggestions

Currently,Laos is in a critical period of social and economic development.Implementing reform and opening up since 1986,the Laotian government and the people’s revolutionary party want to enhance their core competitiveness by training for civil servants.This paper discusses Lao’s problems existing in the current civil servant training system,through comparing the civil servants training system of developed countries,look for the experience and the direction of training in future.Besides,attention to socialism,China’s civil service training system and methods of the consciousness and fast,find similarities and breakthrough.In the end,put forward improvement suggestions and opinions for Lao civil service training system.This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is introduction,introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and innovations.The second chapter is literature review,the finding in this paper,the theory of support,and review of past research.The third chapter,focused on Laos training present situation analysis.The fourth chapter,comparing with the United States’ and China’s civil service training system.The fifth chapter,according to the results of interviews and questionnaires.The sixth chapter put forward to advice of Lao’s civil servants system.The seventh chapter is conclusion and prospect.
