A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Training Of Civil Servants' Competence

This article is the competence of civil servants through training of a study,which focused on the elements involved in leadership theory and analyze thecharacteristics, and strive to make the training of civil servants competencecomprehensive and accurate summary of the new era in the civil service competencytraining should foster the quality of civil servants， especially among those withleadership qualities related quality start on.
