A Study On The First Time Training Of The Civil Servants For Urumqi

This paper begins with the introduce of the present study situation of research on the first time training of the civil servants, and explain the theory which related to it, then take the first time training of the civil servants for Urumqi for example, use the method of investigation,thus to introduce the three parts that form the system of the first time training of the civil servants for Urumqi which including the organization is responsible for it; the organization execute it; and the civil servants who join it in 2009,thus to announce the shortcomings exist in the first time training of the civil servants for Urumqi presently, then regarding it as a foundation,and according to the research results about the first time training of the civil servants at home and abroad, in order to constitute a new system for the first time training of the civil servants for Urumqi, which includes making a target clearly and definitely; making a good analysis on requirement for it; establishing a long term mechanism ;making perfect on building system;establishing a special training funds and making a good assessment system for it.Owing to the research of the first time training of the civil servants is at the beginning step, so the research results correlated to my study is not enough, there are some difficulties for my study on this circumstances, meanwhile it predicts that it is worth to research this subject,and it will give rise to meanings to the theory and the reality. As a author of this paper, I hope to put forward some good suggestions for the first time training of the civil servants for Urumqi by this way.
