Research Of The Community Welfare Service At Huaian Under The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

With the development of the modern process,our country has advanced to the age of the elderly,and the aging and the advanced years became more and more obvious.At the same time,the patterns of proving for the aged in our country are gradually changing,from the old home to the social pension model.It requires the community to play a important role and the welfare services of the community are becoming more and more important.On the one hand,the community welfare services accords with the declining trend of the function of family supporting with Community endowment advantage gradually obvious.On the other hand,community welfare services conform to the current situation of the society,which can not only reduce the burden of family pension,but also alleviate the problem of social aging and alleviate the pressure of government pension.Finally,community welfare services could meet the needs of the elderly in the community,directly and comprehensively.Therefore,the existence and development of community welfare services are essential.Therefore,to grasp the needs of the community elderly is an important premise of guarantee service smoothly,understand the present situation of community welfare,according to the need of the ages,make effective welfare services can solve the pension problem of the community better and better.Through the study of community welfare provision,this paper analyzes the current situation of community welfare services,and investigates the needs and satisfaction of community elders to different welfare service projects through quantitative research methods.The main target is 60-69,70-79,80 years old and over 80 years old,To investigate the demand and satisfaction of the four aspects of community care service,medical service,entertainment service and spiritual comfort.Combined with the questionnaire,we find the deficiency of community service and put forward effective suggestions.
