Study On Social Support For Elderly Group Mutual-support In Changchun City

With the increasing aging,China has entered an aging society.The pension problem brought about by aging is a problem that must be solved in order to influence social stability and economic development in China.In the current situation of the weakening of the family pension function and the lack of social pension function,an old-age pension model between family pension and social pension has attracted more and more attention.The Mutual Aid Model helps the elderly to fully tap their own value,the family mobilizes the elderly to participate in mutual aid and retirement,the community provides support for mutual aid and pension activities,and the government provides financial support for mutual assistance and retirement to meet the diversified needs of the elderly.First of all,this article takes Changchun City as an example to discuss the social support for mutual assistance and old-age care for the elderly.Through the research background,research significance,and research summary of the social support for the aged groups in mutual assistance and support,we will further understand the development of mutual assistance of the aged groups,and define its concept.At the same time,this thesis takes the group dynamic theory and social support theory as support to deepen the study of mutual support for the elderly.Secondly;questionnaires were designed for social support of mutual assistance and old-age care for the elderly.The starting point of the questionnaire design was mainly from the five specific levels of social support,including the elderly individual,family,group,community and government.Through questionnaires and interviews,we can understand the current state of social support for mutual assistance and support of the elderly in Changchun City.Thirdly,according to the relevant data obtained from the questionnaire survey,we learned that the social support for mutual assistance and old-age support in Changchun City is facing challenges.These dilemmas can be analyzed in detail from five levels,including the decline in physical function of old people and unclear roles,the lack of family' understanding,poor adaptability among the elderly,and the lack of mutual assistance for elderly people in the community and a lack of management and government policies to support old-age support for the aged.Finally;the corresponding measures from the five specific aspects had been mentioned in five levels,which is raising individual support for the self-worth of the elderly,mobilizing the elderly to participate in family support for mutual assistance and retirement,providing support forolder groups,and strengthening mutual support for elderly groups.Improving community support for services,increasing government support for old-age support for mutual support,etc.,improving social support networks and promote the development of mutual assistance and retirement for older people.
