The Study On The Current Situation Of Supervisions Of Communities' Fundamental Public Health Services And Countermeasures

As a policy pushed energetically by our government for the convenience and benefit of the public,fundamental public health services are concerned with the happiness and healthiness of the people,and critical to the meaningful progress of constructing a harmonious and democratic society.Providing fundamental public health services is the embodiment of governments' duty performances,and the guarantee of public's health rights as well.Since the policy of fundamental public health services was carried out,it has made a great benefit for the public.In order to make fundamental public health services function better,our country has been exploring the most appropriate way of developing and the most effective supervison system.However,supervisions of fundamental public health services are still not normative enough,leading to a range of problems,such as the poor quality and efficiency of services.In order to guarantee that fundamental public health services can play a role in protecting public's interests to the fullest,it is essential to establish and perfect the supervision system,and apply practical measures to the construction of fundamental public health services.This thesis aims at taking YueYang Tower District of YueYang City for instance to study the current situation of communities' supervision work on fundamental public health services,and then carry out thorough measures and services on existing problems.Firstly,explains the research background,significance and methods of the study,and introduces the related literature reviews,to have a general idea of communities' supervision work on fundamental public health services.Then introduces communities' supervision work on fundamental public health services from the aspects of basic concepts and major theories.Afterwards,points out the existing problems and makes a deep analysis of causes by making investigation and research on the current situation of communities' supervision work on fundamental public health services in YueYang Tower District of YueYang City.In the meantime,summarizes and analyzes relevant experience of some selected representative countries,combining with the situation of our country,to draw lessons from international practices.On this basis,carries out measures of perfecting supervisions of fundamental public health services in communities from different perspectives,namely legal supervison,governmental regulation,professional organization supervision,social regulation,and public supervision.
