In recent years,the community for the public service reform is extremely high,traffic,health care,education and other public services in the supply of the total supply and distribution of the problems exist for a long time,has become one of the key issues affecting social justice The inequality of the supply of basic public services is the urgent expectation of the broad masses.Community is the basic unit of our society,is the basic platform for the lives of residents.Community public service is the most basic service of public service and residents' daily life connection,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of community public service.This paper summarizes the research trends of community public service both at home and abroad,and makes a general theoretical analysis of community public service.The Yancheng community was selected as the case study,and the public service facilities of 30 communities in Yancheng were investigated in the field.The survey results showed that the basic living facilities of Yancheng community were close to full coverage,but also in terms of pipeline gas connection rate and convenience degree There is a big difference.Survey survey selected 230 residents of the community public service satisfaction survey,from the survey results,Yancheng community public service residents overall satisfaction in general,between the public service,the satisfaction of the community there is a big difference between the Based on the analysis of the data,the author analyzes the problems such as the unequal supply of public services in Yancheng community,the supply quality is not high,the supply and demand structure is unbalanced and so on,and the reasons such as the single supply and the imperfect public finance system are summarized.According to the cause of the problem,this paper puts forward the principles and suggestions to improve the quality of community public service.This paper argues that improving the quality of community public service should adhere to the basic principles such as people-oriented,democratic rule of law,demand-oriented,step-by-step,clear and other responsibilities,and further put forward corresponding countermeasures,including perfecting the system of pluralistic supply,reforming public finance system,improving supervision and evaluation system,Talent construction system,improve the community planning mechanism.
