Research On The Development Of Grass-root Sports Organizations In Urban Communities In Jiaozuo

This paper is based on the theory of new public service and community governance theory,taking Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sports organizations as the research object,using the methods of literature study,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,through the analysis of Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sport organization development scale,current situation,value,and the troubles of development,analyzes the reasons affecting the development of organization,the following conclusions:(1)Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sports organizations from the city center near the downtown side,deviating from the organization less,on a small scale for most,the medium scale of large-scale organization small number of members of the organization;the sex ratio of unbalanced state,women slightly more than men;members of age to age;The major activity projects are walking,jogging,Tai Chi,square dance and other common sports.(2)Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sports organizations in meet community residents growing its sports fitness needs and make up for the relevant government departments for various functions and conflicting policies from different departments as a result of the emerging of the role of public sports service failure,but failed to get government institutional well because of its identity authorization lead to confusion,limit its positive role to play.(3)Restricting the development of Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sports organizations unfavorable factors have the organizations form of bottom-up grass-root community sports organizations are there differences from the traditional government management system,lack of self-discipline mechanism and effective mechanism to absorb new members,lack of facilities,influence of natural environment weather etc..(4)The current Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sports organization in the self supply and self management stage,because the allocation of government departments in the financial and material support and professional sports talents cannot fully meet the organization,can not fully play its role,affecting the enthusiasm of community residents to participate in the sports fitness,also affects the development of the organization.In order to promote the Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sports organizations better development,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures:(1)To strengthen the legal protection of Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sports organizations,formulate the "Jiaozuo sports community grade standards" and "Jiaozuo city on the purchase of public sports service implementation measures" and other policies.(2)Jiaozuo city to promote the purchase of services to the community sports organization work,inspire the enthusiasm of urban community grass-root sports organizations to participate in public sports service,standardize the organization development.(3)Strengthening the sports facilities opening to the outside world,the potential resource mobilization and integration of more available services for the Jiaozuo urban community grass-root sports organizations.(4)The organization should strengthen self construction,improve rules and regulations.The establishment of appropriate incentive regulations,training organization of self-management,self-restraint and behavior habits,broaden the financing channels To seek effective ways for the government to purchase services in order to obtain sufficient funds for activities and ensure the normal development of the activities.
