Analysis On The Current Situation Of Chengdu Agriculture Related Community Governance

With the rapid development of urbanization and the expansion of cities,a number of special communities,which are located between urban and rural areas,are formed in this process.The thesis focuses on the validity and rationality of the operation of agricultural self-government organizations in Chengdu suburbs.Based on the study of Ruiyun community's development experience,it aims to give a general analysis on the operation and actual impact of the organizations(which include residents' committee,party branch committee and the functional organizations and associations which are managed directly),and discuss the current situation of community governance and generalize the defects and problems of current mechanism through exploring the theory and system tren d of modern community governance organizations at home and abroad.Meanwhile,for the dualization of managed objects and the complexity of interest demands of agriculture-related communities,the author tries to come up with some effective and optimizing countermeasures in improving the mechanics of agricultural self-government organizations,combining new public management and collaborative theory through the case of Ruiyun community.The paper introduces the relevant experiences of agriculture-related community governance at home and abroad,as well as the study on the current situation and the patterns of governance.At the same time,it analyzes the social background.The paper mainly puts importance on the development path of agriculture-related communities,discusses the actual way and effect of community governance,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for the future development.This paper makes a statistical analysis on the questionnaire and uses the methods and theories of politics,sociology,management and economics to study the governance of agricultural community.Although agricultural community governance has no fixed pattern,the author summarizes that the agricultural community governance needs multi-governing model and builds a development pattern which includes: party leading,government domination,society supporting and public participation.
