| The twenty-first Century is the era of rapid development, the bicycle of knowledge updates.increasingly,each of us have to constantly perfect ourselves knowledge system. In this process, how to learn is more important than what to learn. Therefore, in this paper, the author combines the major with on the basis of the previous references, makes use of subject teaching model into college sports technique boldly, and conducts the rigorous teaching experimental to verify the result of the conductionof physicaleducation technique and subject teaching model.The paper chooses 100 sophomores with free normal students from track and field class in Central China Normal University as experimental objects (50 students in experimental class,50 students in comparative class). The students in the experimental class adopt subject teaching mode for teaching, while students in the comparative class adopt traditional teaching mode for teaching. The time of teaching is 6 weeks. The author makes an empirical research questionnaire under the normal free education policy system with model of physical sport teacher education. It has 51 questions, including 6 aspects (professional knowledge, teaching design, teaching organization, teaching methods, teaching evaluation, teaching innovation), and the determination of the learning effect of students. The research adopts literature data method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, semi structured interview. The main conclusions are:(1) Adopting the method of subject teaching mode in the teaching of sports technique of free normal students can improve the students’professional ability and innovation ability; (2) Adopting the method of subject teaching mode in the teaching of sports technique of free normal students has a obviously superior effect than the traditional teaching mode and has a longer retention. |
