Study On The Status Of Domestic Education Quality Assessment For Postgraduate Of Physical Education

The quality assessment for graduate education has a strong guidance function in shaping graduate student's ability and graduate student management work ability,and it's not only the important reflection of graduate education quality assessment system for colleges and build the scientific graduate education quality evaluation indicators,but also the inevitable study topic for those who are engaged in graduate education assessment system and research.The quality of sports science graduate education is an important part of graduate education quality,and its quality can directly affects the overall level of graduate education,therefore,the study about the status of graduate education quality assessment in sports science is of significant importance in perfecting the evaluation system for our country's graduate education.This article uses the method of documentary and comparison method to sort and analyze the cultivation program and the assessment mechanism for the graduate students in 6 normal universities directly under the ministry of education and 11 professional sports colleges and universities and 11 comprehensive universities.At the same time,the author interviewed 12 master graduate student mentors and The graduate management personnel of sports science to make a insight into the implementation of the evaluation process,and analyzed the situation for sports science graduation students on assessment subject,assessment objects and types,assessment criteria,assessment process,and the processing of assessment results,through this study,the author make the following conclusions:The quality assessment for sports science graduate education has experienced a long process from the formation stage to the development stage,whose development process is closely,related the development of graduate education quality.Through the analyze in the five dimensions of sports science graduate education quality assessment,the author summarize the following characters:the assessment subject of sports science graduate education is lead by the government,colleges and universities participate in the assessment activities;according to the features of the different types of colleges and universities,the assessment index is slightly different;the assessment objects changed gradually from the professional evaluation to graduate student,teacher evaluation,etc;on the assessment standards,the universities overall agree,and different schools has specific emphasis.The main problems in assessment are:the assessment subject is single,The assessment object and the types are similar,the assessment standard is partial,the acquisition of assessment information is subjective and the processing of the results is closure.Combined with the problems existing in the graduate education quality assessment of sports science,the author suggest:there is a necessity in building a diverse quality assessment system for sports science graduate education,and pay more attention to distinguish the difference between sports science graduate education quality assessment objects,meanwhile,grasp the quality assessment indicators in different types and different levels of colleges and universities,Strengthen the scientific assessment in the process of collecting information sports science graduate student assessment and improve the efficiency of the assessment procedure and the transparency of the assessment result.
