Research On Teaching Innovation Ability And Promotion Measure Of Young Teachers In Higher Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of "Mass Entrepreneurship And Innovation"

With the development of China's economy and society,our government increasing emphasis on vocational education,and put forward the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" idea.The sustainable development and growth of the country depends on innovative talents,and the cultivation of innovative talents depends on young teachers.China's youth teachers in higher vocational colleges is an important part of teaching activities.Teachers ' teaching innovation ability directly affects the students' innovation ability and consciousness cultivation.Based on this background,this paper explores how to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method to carry on the research to the Hunan Vocational Institute of Safety Technology and the surrounding eight brother colleges.The results show that there are three problems in the promotion of teachers' teaching innovation ability,including the young teachers' own knowledge and teaching innovation ability to be improved,vocational colleges to improve the ability of young teachers teaching innovation measures to be further improved and social support to be further strengthened.These problems can be attributed to social,school,teaching environment reasons and young teachers themselves.This paper analyzes the problems from the aspects of society,schools,teaching environment and young teachers themselves,and puts forward five strategies,including break the mindset of teaching thinking,strengthen the sense of teaching innovation,establish lifelong learning philosophy,strengthen teaching reflection and criticism,innovative the teaching mode,deepen the teaching reform,improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism,create a teaching innovation atmosphere,leveraging skills competition.It will effectively improve the teaching capacity of young teachers in teaching innovation,so as to cultivate a "mass entrepreneurship and innovation " of the new era of talent through the above five strategies.
