"Health plays the most role in strengthening physical education." which is the point in "The decision on deepening education reform and promoting quality education by the Communist Party of China State Council", so is the core idea of sports guidance. Thus, no one can deny the link between psychological education and physical education, the research on psychological environment in PE teaching becomes more and more important. Nowadays, multiple values exists, college students should have a positive attitude to make correct choices in views on life and values. On one hand, students' mental health problems can improved by the use of extraordinary means of physical education to enabling students to form a more positive and healthy psychological state to cultivate talents for the socialist construction. Meanwhile, the psychological environment also have a positive impact on physical education teaching in colleges and universities, and it can make the PE teaching to be finished more smoothly and efficiently. To form a positive and heath psychological environment, it needs not only cultural education, but also physical education in colleges and universities, especially on the aspects in the cultivation of students in a positive and healthy attitude, creating a good atmosphere in PE teaching in colleges and universities, and adjusting the psychological environment of teachers and students. This requires the research on the influents of the psychological environment in PE teaching becomes deeper in academy.Recent years, the research on the influents of the psychological environment in PE teaching gets more and more attention in China, showing a good development trend. But the disadvantages also exist, such as China's research starts late relatively, documents complex, the lack of systematic arrangement and summary, and not conducive to the inheritance and development. In view of this, this article aims at making systematic arrangement and summary to the documents about the influents of the psychological environment in PE teaching in Colleges and Universities by the use of documents information, content analysis, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, logical analysis to improve the level of PE teaching in colleges and universities, to lay a foundation for the heath of students and to make a contribution for PE teaching.
