The treatment of congenital biliary atresia rehabilitation is a hard, difficult and lengthy process, and congenital biliary atresia, not only brought great pain of the body to the patient, also gave children's family great mental stimulation and trauma, especially the mother of the child bear the physical, psychological and social pressure.The research object of this paper is a mother whose child is suffered with congenital biliary atresia with which I contacted during my internship,on the basis of person in situation theory, analysing and identifing that the main problem of zhang is her anxiety, depression, depression, pessimism, despair and other negative emotions. According to the problems of the research object, I adopts the direct and indirect treatment techniques of psychological and social treatment mode in case method to carry out professional services, in order to solve Mrs zhang's anxiety, depression, sadness, depression, hopelessness and other negative emotions, enhance zhang's confidence and courage to solve the problem and cope with present situation, achieve the goals of service. Based on the carried out case work, I evaluate the service target, service usage and service satisfaction.This thesis studies the use of theory and method based on case work, reflect on the whole research process, the case work method has important significance for the relief of mothers of sick children with negative emotions, the psychological and social treatment mode has a positive effect to ease the emotional problems and improve children's mother's support network.The study on mother of sick children provided a reference for practice case.
