In recent years, the school-based curriculum development expands in a very rapid rate in primary and secondary schools in our country, the dialectical relationship between the development of school-based curriculum and teachers' professional development has arouse many scholars and teachers attention. School-based curriculum development needs teachers transform from the researchers on curriculum practice to curriculum developers, so as other multiple roles.However, Can teachers successfully transform during the practical education teaching process? Can teachers realize that their own professional development needs what kind of help from school? Face these contradictions between their professional development in school-based curriculum development, teachers should focus on how to resolve the problems? Aiming at these problems, this study takes H University School as a case, using the method of questionnaire and interview to collect first hand information on Teachers' professional development in school-based curriculum development research.The study found out, when face various challenges in the school-based curriculum development, teachers "move forward bravely " or "hesitate and wander" polarization state. Some teachers pay attention to scientific research and innovation, knowledge reconstruction, the concept of creation. The development and implementation of the curriculum can let teachers teach students in accordance with their aptitude, it notices the importance of personal reflection and also pays attention to strengthen the cooperation with colleagues, and makes the transformation of multiple roles coming into being. But some teachers only use experiences to teach, they are lack of reflection on the experiences and practice, blind and passive, lack of motivation and accurate self positioning. The survey also found that teachers have their own demands to achieve their own developments in school-based curriculum development. They hope that the leaders can pay more attention to the teachers' time and energy arragement, pay attention to train the meaning of education, the truly equal of all the subjects, and pay attention to school development and also be able to stay with teachers side by side, heart to heart.In the development of school-based curriculum, the professional development of primary school teachers is "hesitate and wander" and "move forward bravely" polarization state. This kind of state is the result of many factors. Schools should not only focus on teachers' demands, but also respond the professional development teachers prensent call. Guide teachers to find clear professional ideals, correct scientific attitude, strengthen the cooperative partnership, to break the empiricism, promote the teaching reflection, and also pay attention to the emotional needs and the pressure of teachers. Arrange internal and external resources, nurture teachers with “professional soil”. Let the school-based curriculum development and teachers' professional development live in a harmonious way.
