Research On Teaching Management And Satisfaction In Independent Colleges

At present,There are some problems in the independent colleges such as the rigid management model, lack of management characteristics, lack of system of execution and so on. The independent colleges must strive to do their own management,especially the teaching management if they want to survive and sustainable development.Only to raise the level of teaching management, service customers-students, make the schools to get long-term development.Satisfaction is one of the important indexes of modern,efficient teaching assessment, has drawn greater attention in the schools.More and more universities want to understand the advantages and disadvantages by student satisfaction. Enrich the study of this problem is the requirement to improve the quality of private higher education and the transformation management idea.In this paper,I want to analyze the students' satisfaction at present of an independent college of tianjin and state the feasibility of independent colleges' student satisfaction on the basis of the customer satisfaction theory.And then using the scientific statistical method to deal with the former data. The article from the concept of people-oriented according to the results, guided by the theory of customer satisfaction, and puts forward: strengthening the entrance and export management,breaking the traditional educational administration mode, optimizing cultivating mode, strengthen quality education, establish and improve the teaching quality monitoring system, strengthening the teaching staff management, set up the classroom teaching attaches great importance to the students experience.
