Research On The Application Of Psychodrama In The Psychological Health Education Of College Students

It is well known that the university is a very important stage in the development of each person, and it is an important significance. In recent years, parents,school and society pay a lot of attention to the problems of college students' psychological and psychological perplexity. Contemporary college students are not only the main part of campus, but also the power of promoting the backbone of the contemporary social development. They are the pillar of the socialism. They carry the important mission of harmonious society construction and they are the force at the core of the subsequent development of China. In order to help the students who have the psychological problems and the confusions in school,after exploration and research, this article puts forward the way to combine the psychodrama with the psychological health education of college students to discuss about the application of psychodrama in the psychological health education of college students and promote the effect and significance of the development of the psychological health education of college students.This article analyzes the connotation and characteristics of psychodrama and discussed about the psychodrama application in the psychological health education of college students which based on its basic theoretical. We can combine the psychodrama with the psychological health education of college students masterly to mobilize the enthusiasm of members to participate in it by the psychodrama performances and the change of scene-setting, then encouraged all members to take active part in role-playing, express their inner feelings bravely, release and catharsis of negative emotions to gain new understanding, and then find the ways and means to solve the problems they faced. Through the students' psychological states before test and after test and research, it shows that psychodrama uses unique vivid and pleasant way. It can improve their self-awareness and self education ability through performing, watching and experiencing. It can make students to get the psychological health education spontaneously and creatively, it has obvious effect on reducing students' psychological confusion and problems, and then improves the level of contemporary college students' own psychological health. At the same time, the combination of college student psychological health education curriculum and psychodrama makes the class more attractive than before. This new mode of teaching will arouse the enthusiasm of students, and increase a lot of joy in class. The application of psychodrama at the psychological health education of college students has already broken the traditional form of the psychological health education and makes the psychological health education of college students become more and more active. It is an effective way of implementing psychological health education in colleges.
