Psychodrama is a means of psychotherapy,mainly through the theatrical performance and psychological release,to achieve the overall adjustment of psychological state.The purpose of applying psychodrama to the mental health education curriculum of senior primary school students is to promote the development of emotional regulation ability of senior primary school students through psychodrama.This study is based on the theories of drama therapy,role play,humanistic and psychoanalysis.A set of targeted psychodrama course is designed to improve the ability of primary school students' emotion regulation.This study hypothesized that psychodrama had a positive effect on the ability of emotion regulation of senior primary school students.The research methods are literature research,psychological measurement,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and interview.Taking grade six of H Primary School in S city as the research object,the experimental group and the control group were selected.In the form of psychodrama,the emotional adjustment ability of experimental class students was intervened;in the control class,the normal mental health education courses were conducted.The implementation process of the experiment is: Pretest intervention post-test analysis.The data collected after the experiment was analyzed through Ji Jiajun's Adolescent Emotion Regulation Ability Scale,and the statistical results were spss25.0.The results are as follows:In terms of the total score of emotion regulation,the differences between the experimental group and the control group were significant.The students' ability of emotion regulation has been improved,and the three aspects of emotion perception,emotion evaluation and self-efficacy of emotion regulation have been improved to a certain extent,which shows that psychodrama has a positive impact on the ability of emotion regulation of senior primary school students.The experimental results were analyzed and discussed1.Psychodrama is suitable for school mental health education;2.The use of psychodrama is conducive to the growth and development of students;3.The effective integration of psychodrama and other educational work promotes the normal progress of teaching and administrative work.Finally,researchers in this study summarize the mechanism of psychological drama.In order to promote the development of primary school students' ability of emotion regulation and the implementation of mental health education,suggestions are put forward to schools,teachers and parents.
