With the continuous deepening of economic globalization and the further advancement of international education, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has gradually become a new form of higher education. However, the students of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools contact more foreign things, and their thoughts are still immature, so they are inevitably affected by the impact of the western values. The Sixth Plenary Session of 17 th National Conference of the Central Committee of CPC has adopted the decision on deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the great development of socialist culture, which points out that the university students are the future and hope of our nation, the main force of socialist cultural power construction. In the new situation of cultural pluralism and multiculturalism, it is an urgent strategic task to strengthen the education of university students' values and improve their ideological and moral level and value orientation. At present, how to strengthen university students' values education has become an important part of university's ideological and political education.This thesis is mainly divided into five major parts. The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the purpose and significance of this study, the research of the related research status at home and abroad and how to conduct this research; The second part is the theory fundamental part of this study, which mainly studies the related theories of the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools students' values education; The third part mainly explains the significant meaning of the values education for the special group of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools students through analyzing the student's characteristics of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools; The fourth part makes comprehensive investigation about Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools students' values education situation. Through questionnaire contrast, it analyzes the main problems in Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools students' values and values education, and further analyzes the main reasons which caused the problems; The fifth part puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures to the problems existing in Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools students' values and values education, and puts forward the conclusion of the study.
