| In recent years, our country advocates education reform and promotes quality education. It means not only the the change of education concept, education system, education structure, but also the teaching methods, teaching process and teaching evaluation,which provides an opportunity for the suggestopedia. This study applies the suggestopedia to junior primary schools, and gets the application design of the suggestopedia in the junior English class.This study mainly uses the experiment method and the interview method.Suggestopedia has been proved by many countries. This study is about the following aspects:first,this paper sorts out the theory and practice of suggestopedia at home and abroad. Second, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of pedagogy,psychology and physiology, and proves its rationality in education. Third, this paper finds out the combination of suggestopedia and junior primary schools. Forth, this paper carries out practical research and analyzes the data. Fifth,this paper summarizes the whole research and puts forward suggestions.In recent years, more Chinese scholars have used it in different ages and subjects to promote the rapid development. However, most of the researches are focused on the pure theory or high education. This study applies the suggestopedia to junior primary schools and grasps the essence of suggestopedia, and simplifies the procedures to improve the learning efficiency and interests.Based on the theory and practice of suggestopedia, the following conclusions are drawn in this study. First, the teaching method is in line with the teaching requirements. Second, it can effectively improve the students’ ability to use English, especially the ability of listening. Third, it can stimulate students’ s learning motivation.finally it needs to optimize or simplify the procedures. However,because of the limited research condition,I hope to expand the scale of the study, and do further exploration about application procedures in the future. |
