Research On Handling The Conflict Between Teachers And Students In Colleges

With the rapid development and expansion of universities,the teacher-student relationship of colleges has become increasingly different from the early days.To some extent,the relationship has gradually developed from verbal conflict to personal injury and violent public conflict.Such kinds of changes warn us to study the conflict events and the relative solutions.This paper studied basic features,causes,consequences and coping strategies of the conflict between teachers and students in colleges which caused by interest factor,value factor,emotional factor and so on.Then on,this paper also suggests that incorporate the conflict between teachers and students into the crisis management system and it showed that direction to deal with the conflict between teachers and students more rationally and scientifically.According to the above framework,this paper analysis the general situation of crisis between teachers and students,including the meaning,characteristics,types of crisis,causes and consequences of crisis between teachers and students.Then this paper put forward significance of crisis management,basic principles,main functions and the basic program of crisis between teachers and students,and design a kind of crisis management mechanism.Including information warning and forecast system,crisis feedback and disclosure mechanism,cadre accountability and error correction mechanism,mobilization and assistance mechanism,logistics resources social force coordination and participation,communication and cooperation mechanism of inter school and law system of warning and enforcement mechanism.Finally,this paper suggests the emergency plan,emergency team construction,emergency information platform construction and emergency counseling team construction.In short,In the guidance of diversified thoughts and values in colleges,self-employment after graduation;the conflict between teachers and students in colleges became more and more.So building a constructive dynamic harmonious relationship between teachers and students and resolving the crisis between teachers and students became a key link to create harmonious and stability campus of colleges.In addition,"conflict" between teachers and students in colleges can lead to unpredictable consequences.Therefore,the "conflict" management must be incorporated into the university management system,so.that some potential "conflict" would be prevented and the real "conflict" would be properly handled.Therefore,through the introduction of crisis management to colleges and induced the conflicts between teachers and students into crisis management,so it could resolve the discontent and resentment between teachers and students rationally and peacefully.Thus it can help to lay the foundation for the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in colleges.
