With the socio-economic development and industrial restructuring, the state is vigorously developing vocational education, training senior technical talents to meet the need of society. But with the increasing number of higher vocational college students in tight employment market,the difficulty in employment of vocational students has become increasingly prominent. This study will focus on career-choosing anxiety and the guidance strategies of vocational students in Shenyang City, which has important theoretical andpractical significance for employment guidance and Psychological Health Education.This thesis is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 sets out the purpose and significance of topics related to research situation at home and abroad.Chapter 2 summarizes the concepts of career-choosing anxiety of higher vocational college students, including the definition, the students'features and the necessity of the study.Chapter 3 is survey on career-choosing anxiety of higher vocational college students, inllustrating the process of the survey and the detailed analysis of final conclusion.Chapter 4, Guidance Strategies for Higher Vocational Students in Shenyang City, provides strategies from such following perspectives as individual, school, family, and society.Chapter 5 is conclusion.This thesis uses Documentary Analysis, investigation technique, comparison method, summarizing the currant situation and features of career-choosing anxiety of higher vocational college students, and proposes guidance strategy with strong pertinence, providingreference for future psychological health education and employment guidance.
