Under the influence of the diversified era, personalized teaching is being got more and more attention, and that makes it become the hot topic of educational reform and researchers. According to the current situation which the current theoretical research lags behind; the personalized teaching strategies and modes in teaching practice are lack of reflection of system theory and criticism, this paper, in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the teachers, carried out further research based on the personalized teaching in biological classroom.This paper was taken "biological individual teaching" as the research object, being used the literature research method, comparative analysis and interview method to give detailed explanation from theory to practice. Firstly, the author clarifies the historical development and current situation of the personalized teaching thought, defines the related research areas, and finds out the shortcomings of the current theory and practice. Secondly, through the comparative study of the similar concept of "personalized teaching", the author construed the definition and the teaching value, and at the same time, the personalized teaching modes of biology are identified. Then, the author elaborates the basic theory, including humanistic theory, constructivism learning theory, Gardner's theory of Multiple Intelligences and biology curriculum concept, to establish the basic principles of personalized teaching of biology, and to guide the exploration of teaching practice. However, about the students in the biology classroom how to move toward personalized development, is the purpose of personalized teaching. In this regard, the author carried out the practical research from the teaching of the biological the process of preparation, the process of implementation and the process of evaluation : in the process of preparation, the author analyzes mainly the student's individuality difference structure, the quality of teachers and teaching content, and this is bound to be the starting point and basis for personalized biological teaching; in the process of implementation, the author discusses the aspects of the individualized teaching goal, personalized teaching environment construction, the development of personalized teaching strategies, and optimizing the teaching mode etc, and designs a corresponding teaching cases to illustrate; in the process of teaching evaluation, on how to carry out an assessment of discussion, it's the end of the teaching process and the starting point of the new personalized teaching. Finally, the author presents the research achievements(the teaching case) to the teachers of teaching method, middle school teachers, research staff of teachers and part of the middle school students. The author uses interviews to verify and perfect and finally gets the conclusion of the study. What else, this paper also points out that the deficiencies of the thesis and prospects for the future research.Through a series of research, the personalized teaching of biology is a kind of teaching philosophy throughout the teaching process, but it is also a methodology, including the process of preparation, the process of implementation and the process of evaluation. It is feasible to improve the students' core competence and develop the students' individuality in biology teaching. The process of biology teaching is diverse and dynamic; In the whole process of practice, teachers should teach based on the characteristics of students' personality, using multiple teaching strategies, teaching models and teaching evaluation, giving students the space to choose by themselves, only this way can promote the development of students' personality.
