Study On The Protection Of Teachers' Rights In Higher Vocational Colleges

The development of Internet information technology,the advent of the era of big data and the advocacy of “artisan spirit” all indicate that the skills-based talents are increasingly important.Higher vocational education is once again receiving the attention of the whole society as some undergraduate universities adjust their talents training goals into the Application Types.Higher vocational college teachers,as the main force in cultivating applied talents with high skills,at present appearing that teachers' rights are often violated,which has greatly affected the passions of those higher vocational teachers.In some vocational schools,the phenomenon of not being able to recruit or retain people has a serious impact on the cultivation of high-quality talents.The definition of teachers' rights and interests is defined according to the relevant laws and regulations in our country.This paper comprehensively analyzes previous research results and combing relevant theories to form a questionnaire.By means of questionnaire survey and field interview toward teachers in a higher vocational college in Beijing,we can understand the damage of teachers' rights and interests.The analysis finds that there are mainly the following problems:(1)The fairness of resource allocation in school needs to be improved.(2)The level of wage income needs to be improved.(3)Teachers' participation in school management system is low.(4)Teachers have low awareness of self-interest protection.(5)The school's internal management mechanism did not play a positive role.The corresponding solutions shall be given by the organizational level and the teachers' level to investigate these school problems.To improve the school's internal management system,to strengthen the protection of teachers' rights and interests from the organizational level,to improve the self-guarantee ability of higher vocational teachers,to strengthen the protection of teachers' rights and interests from the personal level.We hoped that all parties can fully protect the rights and interests of higher vocational teachers,to avoid the worries of higher vocational teachers,to motivate the teachers to work for the high-skilled talents,therefore to strive to contribute to the development of our society.
