Has been,most of the sports associations are not fully aware of the importance of human resources management,because it is not to profit for the purpose of characteristics,many sports clubs managers often think with the dedication of the people can support the organization's operation.In fact,due to the high expectations of sports associations,lack of internal economic pressure and power,sports associations must be managed in the best way,good wishes are not able to replace management.Secondly,there are many volunteers who work for the sports community.If the management is not good,it will not only affect the development of the sports associations,but also cause the waste of social resources.The perspective of organizational culture helps to explain some of the phenomena that are difficult to understand in the organization.Can enable us to understand why the organization will operate like this,to help us find the reasons for the plight of human resource management.The influence of organizational culture is great,because it plays a role in our consciousness.Understanding the influence of organizational culture can help us to understandourselves better.In this paper,the theory and practice are closely combined,the selection of Shanxi Province young Taijiquan Association as a case study.From the perspective of organizational culture to explore the causes of the plight of the association of human resources management,and puts forward the suggestion of human resources management reform based on the association of organizational culture,to seek a new way to optimize the association of human resource management.Using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the development process,organizational culture and human resource management of the young Taijiquan Association in Shanxi province were analyzed.Using Schein's organizational culture level analysis model was studied,that Shanxi Province Young's Taijiquan association organization culture characteristic mainly has: "lineage,Taiji promote";"Taiji";"family","focus on the traditional,etiquette";"duty,boxing Award";"volunteer".Using human resource index analysis combined with field survey and interviews,conducts the research to the Shanxi Province Young's Taijiquan Association of human resource management,and finds out the problems of the society at the present stage of human resource management,investigate the effects caused by the association of organizational culture on these issues.Research results show that "pay attention to traditional,conservative" organizational culture led to the association of modern human resources management idea is missing;"family","volunteer" organizational culture led to the looseassociation management,lack of institution;"obligations,boxing Award" of the organizational culture caused by association of professional talent shortage,a serious aging problem.Proposed association organizational culture of human resources management reform proposals are based on: set up the "change,innovation," the organization culture to promote the association of human resources management concept update;improve Association organizational culture and human resources management system based on;change ideas,implement member classification system;the introduction of professionals and Volunteers Association organization culture identity.
