Nowadays, competition between organizations is taking place at an unprecedentedly advanced level. In order to cope with the challenges and competition, managers of the organizations are seeking for various methods to improve the organizational performance and enhance the core competitiveness.One of the most effective ways is to improve the organization's management style. As a set of career theory, organizational culture is being paid more and more attention due to its function of guiding and promoting the organization's human resource management. And the human resource management based on the organizational culture is also becoming a significant field of research.Apart from management through rules and regulations, the contemporary organizations are also managing human resources through their cultural mechanism, specifically culture, ideas, technologies and methods. Through the guidance and integration of the cultural mechanism, an efficient and powerful management system can be formed. As is shown by the practices of many enterprises, human resource management featuring an orientation towards organizational culture can win the organization a competitive edge. However, an issue which calls for urgent solution is how to integrate the development of organizational culture into human resource management in terms of the goals, strategies and tools of management, and thus maximize its role in boosting the efficiency of human resource management. This is an issue which has a vital practical significance especially for the current vigorous development of private colleges. Previous researches in this field all drew on enterprise organizations as their subject of study. In contrast, this thesis chooses Chinese private colleges as its subject, which is original. And this thesis makes an empirical research on the way to effectively integrate organizational culture with human resource management as well as its specific implementation strategies.Specifically, selecting SD College as its research object, this thesis analyzes the existing problems and their causes in terms of human resource management by adopting the research methods of field investigation and questionnaires. The thesis, drawing on the theory of organizational culture in human resource management, proposes specific, concrete implementation strategies: improving cultural management concept of leadership, strengthening the construction of organizational culture, optimizing the system of human resource management, establishing and broadening communication channels. Also, diverse modules of human resource management practice are to be implemented. Possible modules include the establishment of organizational culture-oriented recruitment mechanism and training system, improvement of performance management, development of incentive mechanism, addition of incentive schemes, effort to meet employees' material and spiritual needs as well as enchaining humanistic management, creating a more fair environment, increasing the cohesion and the sense of belonging of the staff.
