Volleyball has developed rapidly in recent years,and the acceptance of the sport has generally increased.However,with the implementation of a series of new revised rules by the International Volleyball Federation,the requirements for athletes' five competitive abilities based on their physical fitness have been gradually strengthened.Based on the development of volleyball,volleyball players need to strengthen their physical function training.The best way to strengthen physical function training is physical training,so how to improve sports performance and physical fitness is a problem that needs to be solved in volleyball training at present.In this paper,using the method of literature,expert interview,test method,experimental method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,starting from the actual college sports training professional volleyball students,with the effect of functional training of Qufu Normal University sports training professional volleyball 56 undergraduates functional movement screening scores and special physical quality test scores as the research content,in order to improve the basic sport ability,enhance physical fitness,to prevent and reduce sports injury.By analyzing the data out of the tests and experiments,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Before the experiment,the scores of functional motor screening were mostly low,mainly as follows: limited movement mode,incorrect movement mode,insufficient movement control ability,limited or asymmetrical movement ability.The relative muscle group is too tense,the wrong movement mode,the core stability,the trunk stability and the related strength of the body are poor.The female body is flexible,flexible,coordinated and core stable,so the upper limb strength should be strengthened.Core strength and core stability;male upper limb strength,torso strength and shoulder movement are relatively strong,need to strengthen flexibility exercises and training of the corresponding part of the stretch And relaxation exercises.(2)Before the experiment,the scores of physical fitness scores for the appropriate age group are in low level,and all aspects of physical fitness should be strengthened.(3)After 12 weeks of training,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the controlled group in functional motor screening scores.It shows that functional training method can be remarkably helpful to improve the results of action screening and enhance people's ability of movement.It also has great influence on correcting the bad movements and preventing dynamic injuries.(4)The 12-week functional training shows that it can effectively improve students' sensitivities,bouncing ability,lower extremity explosive force,upper limb explosive force andabdominal strength.However,the improvement in speed and endurance is of negative significance,which is due to be absence of these two aspects during the training process.
