Teachers’ explanation is traditional but still in use today one of the common way of teaching.The connotation of the interpretation of the behavior should include dialogue teaching principle,the interpretation of the role in classroom teaching,is the language teacher use oral language,teach students the language knowledge,language skills,language of emotional attitude education teaching behavior.Teachers explain behavior is a manifestation of the teachers’ teaching ability,at the same time restricts the teaching orderly.Therefore,the teacher must pay attention to interpretation of the behavior of each link,on each link all strive to achieve reasonable and effective.This study based on the teachers explain the important behavior,focus on skilled teachers and novice teachers explain differences in behavior.In addition,another important significance of this study is to through the reasonable interpretation of the behavior,and promote the development of students’ thinking ability,pay attention to the cultivation of Chinese accomplishment,so as to improve the language ability of students.Chinese course standard points out that language should pay attention to cultivate the students’ Chinese accomplishment,to improve their language proficiency.Based on the above two points,the author determines the language teacher on this research topic.Based on teacher’s interpretation of the behavior,this study for a master teacher and novice teacher’s lectures behavior in the form of time and frequency,type,comparison and analysis,to explore the differences of two kinds of language teachers in the interpretation of the behavior.Research mainly from the four aspects of interpretation of the behavior,and based on the analysis of the results,the language teacher provides referential experience for novices,help them to improve the problems existing in the lectures.This study consists of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,from research,purpose and significance of the three aspects to introduce the background of this study.The second chapter is the literature review of the present study part,the author will from the interpretation of the behavior of the time,the mode of number,type,and the four aspects related research to comb,get some inspirations in the comb.The third chapter is the research design,the research objects,methods,tools,and trial and analysis on the development of data processing,etc.The fourth chapter is the research and analysis,including present classroom observation after finishing data as well as to master novice-the language teacher lectures behavior time,number,types,methods of contrast.Finally draw the conclusion: dab at senior high school Chinese teachers and novice teachers lectures behavior exist a certain differences in many aspects.The fifth chapter is the analysis for a master-novice high school language teacher lectures behavior causes of differences.The sixth chapter is Suggestions and insufficient research.This paper analyzes the reasons of difference,the language teacher for novices to improve lectures behavior are also proposed.
