As informatization is the major trend of the world economic and social development, the information technology which based on multimedia and network technology has been the creative tool to expand humans'ability. Information literacy becomes one of the basic and essential qualities for every citizen in the information society. In order to meet the challenge of the rapid development of world's information technology, all the countries in the world regard the development of the information technology as a major strategic goal for the social and economic development in the new century, actively promoting the process of educational information.Because of the characteristics of biology, the integration of information technology and biology has more obvious advantages than other subjects. The application of modern information technology in biology teaching and its integration with biology teaching provide a new development space for biological teaching activities, which makes teaching more efficiently. The literature research method, classroom observation method and interview method research are mainly used in this paper. Theory research is studied through literature review, which first explains the definition of network platform, then illustrates the connotation of the integration of information technology and curriculum. This thesis studies two backbone biology teachers in Zezhou No.1 high school through the classroom observation, specifically analyzing the integration of information technology and biology teaching. Besides, teacher interviews are conducted to understand the problems and confusion encountered in the integration and to provide some suggestions. There exist the following problems:(1) The management of tablet PC:high school students have the psychological characteristics of volatility and poor self-control. As they are full of curiosity in the face of all kinds of resources on the Internet, it is very critical whether they can put study in the first place;(2) Using electronic learning plan:the marking of electronic learning increases teachers'workload. It is worth considering whether it is suitable to apply electronic learning plan to different disciplines which can not be generalized;(3) The search for software:there are a variety of APPs for searching problems online. As long as the students use a tablet computer to photograph the subject in the network, its answer will come out. This undoubtedly makes students dependent and lazy to use their brain and search the Internet directly when encounter difficult problems.(4) The network problems and the formalization of integration process:in order to make network learning more smoothly, network speed needs to be improved. The formalization of integration process ignores the nature of the integration just for using the technology.(5) The problem of hardware facilities:the maintenance of network equipments is not a small expenditure for a school. Online purchase of electronic resources, such as a variety of electronic journals, can better broaden the horizons of teachers and students, providing support for independently learning some related knowledge.The conclusion is:the integration of information technology in biology class teaching optimizes the teaching process, enhances the participation of students, promotes the development of students' autonomous learning ability, and cultivates students' information literacy. Through this research, the countermeasures to solve the problem are put forward:such as changing teachers' concepts with the advanced theory as a guide to integrate; treating information technology as a means but not an exhibition and knowing the focus of classroom teaching is to accomplish course objectives; the use of electronic whiteboard makes the biology courses more vivid to learn, helping students to understand the dynamic change process; the use of micro class can strengthen the students'understanding of key knowledge; the training of teachers strengthens the information technology capability and so on.
